Apparently, the problem of safety of cellular telephones for human health has again occupied one of the basic places in minds of the scientists. For the last some weeks in various scientific magazines have been published some works at once devoted to this issue. So, for example, in one of such researches it has been shown, that excessively active use of sms can lead to development of heavy disease of sinews - tendinitis.
The problem of sms has drawn attention of scientists after the 13-year-old girl, complaining of pains in joints, has arrived in hospital of the Italian city of Savona. Doctors have found out that she constantly used SMS and sent not less than 100 messages a day. Additional loading, to which her fingers were exposed, became the reason of development of an inflammation of sinews.
As the statistics shows, this problem is really rather actual. According to some information, now it is possible to refer at least 30-35 % of European children to active users of cellular telephones. Namely the children’s organism is most of all subject to negative consequences of abusings by them - including to the same reactions to a permanent job of fingers at pressing buttons.
Scientists urgently recommend to children and their parents whenever possible to refrain from use of sms. Eventually, you may simply call your friend or the colleague, having relieved him and yourself from necessity to press buttons hundred times. Certainly, a call will be a little bit more expensive to the owner of a cellular telephone, than some text messages (frequently free) - but don’t healthy hands cost these several cents?

For many years physicians have established benefits of physical activity for maintenance of good health, proving, that regular playing sports protects from cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis and premature death. The experts of the University of Missouri/USA/and University of Copenhagen/Denmark/have defined, that reduction of daily physical activity is the actual reason of occurrence of signs of many chronic diseases and that health of the person starts to worsen already after two weeks of reduction of duration of employment.
The sedentary life not only does not promote health improvement, but can become the main reason of development of diseases. In the scientific experiment the first group of volunteers was offered to reduce the quantity of steps at daily walk from 6 thousand to 1400 during three weeks. Also at home instead of a ladder people used the lift and whenever possible reached destination by car or public transport. The second active group of volunteers has lowered physical activity from 10 thousand of steps to 1400 of steps a day.
Blood analyses have been checked up on how quickly the organism clears cells and fabrics from glucose and superfluous fats - this process defines the degree of probability of development of diabetes and other diseases. Doctors have noticed, that after two weeks of low physical activity in blood of participants of research the levels, both of glucose, fats and lipids have been essentially increased and metabolic functions have been worsened. Moreover, it has been fixed, that at shortage of physical activity at people the weight of muscles has decreased.

Scientists explain, why people remember bright events of the life more often, and sometimes forget everyday routine things at all.
All the matter is that a brain has a limit of “a perception hormone» - noradrenaline. Any emotions in this or that quantity provoke manufacture of this hormone. And the stronger are the emotions, the more is the quantity of hormone.
But as everything in the world, it has a limit. Therefore too strong emotional stress is capable to exhaust the limit of noradrenaline, and it can lead to that a bright event will for a long time be engraved in your memory but after that the brain will restore forces, not perceiving the trivial facts.

Correct diet is a guarantee of health! With such motto it is necessary to approach to a diet choice. And so, what is a correct diet? As it is known 7 basic substances are consumed with food: carbohydrates, fats, fibers, vitamins, mineral salts, cellular tissue and water. Each substance carries out its function in human physiology, but thus they are closely interconnected with each other, forming a single whole - a human body.
From all nutrients carbohydrates and fats are the main sources of thermal energy. Fats are a rich source of thermal energy, but thus are badly digested, and in a combination with other products can also slow down the process of digestion of albumens and carbohydrates. Albumens are the basic raw materials for creation of new fabrics of a human body, and also for restoration of old and damaged. Vitamins quite often are referred to as the additional source of food. They do not develop thermal energy, are not a building material for formation of fabrics and for vital activity of the person, it is not required especially much of them.
It is very important to know not only about nutritious properties of the products, but also ways of their consumption. From that in what kind they will be eaten, depends, how good they will be acquired by an organism.
Rules of correct diet.
To establish the diet and to adhere to it.
Necessarily drink a full glass of water half an hour before meal. Also it is necessary to drink a glass after meal and in intervals between a breakfast, a dinner and a supper when there will be a desire to eat.
It is necessary to drink any vitamin complex.

If you don’t feel aroma of your favourite perfume any more, it is time to address for consultation to the neurologist - this can be an early sign of Parkinson’s disease. The research of Pacific scientific research institute of health in Honolulu, Hawaii, including more than two thousand people, has shown, that absence of ability to identify smells promotes development of the degenerate disease. Physicians have fixed, that advanced age, coffee consumption in considerable quantities and smoking are risk factors for such symptom. Loss of sense of smell raises the risk of cognitive dysfunction and day drowsiness in five times.
By assumptions of doctors, loss of sense of smell begins between two and seven years before the diagnosis. As the scientists explain, at this process there is a gradual degeneration of nerves in brain areas. This pathology is completely not understood, but it is supposed that formation of bodies Lewy, wrong fibers in neurons, is a marker of loss of olfactory functions. Olfactory structures are the earliest brain areas, affected by degeneration of Lewy and receiving new neurons during the whole life. Neurologists of medical centre Kuakini in Honolulu have revealed, that shortage of a hormone dopamine does harm to growth of a nervous cell in these structures. Also experts believe that olfactory deficiencies are directly not connected with infringement of work of such structures, and occur in tonsil - the area of a brain damaged at Parkinson’s disease and involved in function of a smell in an organism.

Depression and the raised anxiety prevent to find to teenagers friends and form preconditions for asocial behavior. Researchers from University of Vermont and University of Minnesota/USA/observed 205 teenagers, beginning from 12-year-old age up to 20 years, considering their social activity, relations with coevals, schoolmates, teachers and parents.
It has been established, that cheerful and communicative teenagers had no problems with dialogue with associates and relatives, were more friendly and inquisitive. The same, who from awkward age suffered from excessive excitement and psychological pressure, remained unsociable till the adult life. The suppressed mood in a youth led to the social problems, stirring to normal activity of the person in society, including difficulties in private life, educational progress and with search of work.

The aromatherapy does not render any influence on immunity, sensitivity to pain and speed of healing of wounds. To such conclusion have come the scientists from University of Ohio, studying action of aromas lemon and lavender oil on healthy volunteers.
During three days the cotton ball, moistened with lemon, lavender oil or distilled water, was attached under a nose to 56 men and women. At all participants pressure and pulse were regularly measured, and also samples of blood for the analysis were taken. For estimation of their mood special psychological tests were carried out.
Speed of healing of wounds was estimated by means of the test with an adhesive plaster strip after which removal there were small defects of epithelium. For definition of painful sensitivity volunteers immersed feet in cold water. For an estimation of influence of aromatherapy on immunity the head of research Janice Kiecolt-Glaser and his colleagues defined level of interleukins 6 and 10 in blood of participants, and the effect on endocrine system was estimated by fluctuations of concentration of hormones of stress - cortisol, norepinephrine and other catecholamines.
It was found out, that the aromatherapy had no influence on level of hormones of stress and immunity factors, did not render anaesthetizing effect and did not accelerate healing of wounds. A unique positive effect, which was possible to fix – improvement of mood of participants under the influence of lemon (but not lavender) oil.
“The human organism is a very difficult mechanism and if someone feels better at application of aromatherapy, we are not going to overpersuade these people. Nevertheless, till now we did not manage to reveal any physiological effects of application of aromatic oils”, - professor William Malarkey has informed.

The consumption of the products rich with folic acid interferes with formation of defective spermatozoa and reduces the risk of a birth of children with chromosomal anomalies, the magazine Human Reproduction informs.
Scientists from the Californian University have collected the information on a diet and consumption of vitamin additives at 89 healthy non-smoking men. Then they investigated samples of sperm of participants.
Having compared the data, the researchers have come to a conclusion, that the consumption of high doses of folic acid interferes to aneuploids - occurrence of defective spermatozoa with additional chromosomes or their shortage.
At men, consuming the greatest quantity of folic acid – from 722 to 1150 micrograms a day – aneuploids was on 20-30 % less often, than at men with a low level of consumption of folate, the head of the research Brenda Eskenazi has informed.
According to the statistics, in sperm of healthy men on the average is present about 4 % spermatozoa with abnormal number of chromosomes. Aneuploids can cause bareness, abortions and a birth of children with such diseases, as Down’s syndrome, Turner’s syndrome and Klinefelter’s syndrome.
“This research testifies for the first time that the diet of the future father can play a role in development of healthy children”, - Eskenazi has informed. In the USA daily reception of 400 micrograms of folic acid is recommended to men more senior than 19 years. To the men planning conception, probably, it is necessary to recommend reception of higher doses of this vitamin, the scientist has noted.
Folic acid is contained in sheet green vegetables, beans, bread from a flour of a rough grinding, yeast, a liver. In a number of the countries manufacturers are obliged to enrich bread and other flour products with folic acid. To pregnant women the reception of this vitamin for prevention of defects of a nervous tube at a fetus is recommended.
Physicians have opened new type of hemoglobin

Physicians from the University of Bonn (Germany) have found out earlier unknown type of hemoglobin. According to German experts, the discovery has occurred casually, during inspection of two patients, suffering from the inherited cardiac defects. The strangeness was found out during measurements of level of oxygen in blood of the patients - the 4-year-old boy and his 41-year-old father.
Experts say that during the analysis it was found out, that in blood of both patients there is less oxygen, than on the average by supervision. With other things being equal similar shortage of oxygen should cause one of serious cardiac diseases, for example anoxia or any cardiologic defect, but in practice anything was not yet noticed in practice.
More detailed researches have shown, that in this case physicians deal with a new type of hemoglobin, which in a consequence has received name Hemoglobin Bonn.
“In this case patients have a new type of a blood pigment. Our researches have shown, that Hemoglobin Bonn is capable to absorb infra-red light even at absence of oxygen, besides the changed structure of molecules of hemoglobin in this case is faster sated with oxygen and there is no demand in greater amount of gas”, - doctor Berndt Zur, from the Institute of clinical chemistry and pharmacology in Bonn speaks.
Let’s remind, that hemoglobin represents one of versions of rather complicated albumen in human blood and is less responsible for transfer of oxygen from lungs into organs and fabrics of the person. In capillaries of lungs in the conditions of surplus of oxygen the last is connected with hemoglobin. By blood flow erythrocyte, containing molecules of hemoglobin with the connected oxygen, are delivered to organs and fabrics, where it is not enough oxygen, here the oxygen, necessary for course of oxidizing processes, is released from connection with hemoglobin. Besides, hemoglobin is capable to connect in fabrics a small amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) and to release it in lungs.

The structure of black tea prevents the action of the bacterium anthracis, causing the Siberian ulcer. This potentially deadly illness is very serious and quickly progresses. The infection gets to an organism at inhalation of bacterial spores. Microbiologists from the University of Cardiff/Great Britain/and the University of the State of Maryland/USA/have established, that multiphenols in widely accessible black tea considerably prevent the activity of an infection.
Physicians assert, that in tea multiphenols there is a wide range of favourable physiological and pharmacological properties of a drink. Besides, doctors have noticed, that addition of milk to a standard cup of tea completely destroys its antibacterial properties against the Siberian ulcer.
